In 10th July 2023 I purchased two products: TOGA Simulations MU-2 Marquise v2 ($64.95) and RealSimGear G500 Avionics Suite ($54.95).I could not do the download. I have already opened two complaints tickets, the last one 14/07/23, and did not received any answer from X-Aviation support. Today is 26th July 2023! In the customer page says "We will reply as soon as we are able and will endeavor to reply within 3 days, but usually quicker"
X-Aviation do not have customer service phone. What can I do ? Some one can help ?

Your credit card transaction was declined by your bank and the order did not go through. Thus, you have no downloads. This was also communicated to you in your support ticket.
