Change fuel amount

Hi, 

I need to reset the fuel amount on the challenger 650 but I cannot. I fuel with 17000 lbs of fuel for a flight to Europe, but then I decide to go for a quick 1hr flight. I need to reset the fuel amount. going to weight and balance and change the fuel doesnt work. 

How to do it ?

Run the engines at high power. Or create a new airframe.
