Bunkermonkee Posted May 27, 2023 Report Posted May 27, 2023 Hi. I just purchased the G500 Avionics Suite & followed the installation process, first installing using the RSGG500-windows-x64-installer.exe and then using the G500-windows-x64-installer.exe within the G500 Aircraft Installer folder to add the MU2. The C172 added by the installation works fine, but the G500 display in the SU2 cockpit says it's not installed, even though I am sure it is correctly done as I see both the OpenGPWS & rsg_g500 folders in the D:\X-Plane 12\Aircraft\Mitsubishi MU2 Marquise v2.1.0\plugins folder. If I move the folders & file within the D:\X-Plane 12\G500 Aircraft Installer\Plugin folder (OpenGPWS/rsg_g500/README.md) to D:\X-Plane 12\Resources\plugins & load the aircraft, I don't have the "G500 is not installed" but the screen is blank & does not come on at all once the aircraft is powered up. However, clicking the screen shows me a working pop-out. Can anyone advise how to fix this? Quote
Coop Posted May 28, 2023 Report Posted May 28, 2023 In order to debug what is going on, we will need you to send us a copy of the X-Plane log.txt file. You can find a guide to get this file here: How to find the X-Plane log.txt file? Quote
