No Datalink for Weather

I cant retrieve weather from the datalink. My simbrief pilot ID is OK since I can download flight plans... but when I try to get Weather or ATIS it just says no available

 

Any toughts of what I am doing wrong?

D-ATIS only works offline for airports in USA that provide it in real life. Or when on Vatsim if a controller is online with the appropriate station name. There’s not universal source for this information online. As an alternative use Terminal Wx for METAR.
