Installation problem after purchase on X-Aviation website

I can't install my aircraft purchase on X-Aviation website. When I enter my customer email address, it says: "Warning... You need to specify a value" In fact, what do you think I should do ???

There is a password box missing. Change your display’s scaling and/or text rendering back to 100%/normal size.
