Dear guys of "Hot Start" not having had any reply in the forum, for the TBM 900, I opened a ticket two weeks ago.

What way is this? If you want to keep selling, you should also provide support.

You did not post your topic in the proper support channel. Therefore, the developers of the TBM did not look at it.
