Nick300 Posted September 8, 2022 Report Posted September 8, 2022 I have upgraded to Windows 11 and XAviation says that my password is no longer valid as I have a new machine! I have emailed XAviation support who have acknowledged and set up a ticket, but no reply for a couple of weeks now. Anyone have a solution?

Nick300 Posted September 8, 2022 Author Report Posted September 8, 2022 Thanks for that, but my problem is that upgrading to Windows 11 has changed my machine ID. My credentials are fine, but as far as XAviation are concerned, I am trying to load their software on a new machine and therefore my credentials are invalid. I suspect that changing the password would not affect that response.
Ben Russell Posted September 8, 2022 Report Posted September 8, 2022 Go through the activation wizard and freeze the oldest machine in the list if you need to. You can activate your products on upto three machines. If you haven't used three machine slots yet you won't need to freeze an old one.
LabrandoT Posted May 4, 2023 Report Posted May 4, 2023 (edited) Regarding Windows 11, I haven't upgraded yet, but I've heard mixed reviews. Some people love it, while others have had issues with compatibility and performance. It's always a risk when upgrading to a new operating system. Personally, I'm sticking with Windows 10 for now, but I'm curious to see how it develops. On a side note, I recently got a cheap Windows 10 key from an online marketplace and it worked like a charm. It's worth looking into if you need to activate your Windows or just want to save some money. Edited May 5, 2023 by LabrandoT
