Having problem on cold&dark startup

Brought CRJ yesterday, just follow the tutorial from cold&dark. I find CDU/FMS become black after I press the LSK1 to connect the ground power, and other two screen are still black though the overhead panel indicate the gpu in use

Any reason why this happens? And I found in the Log files it says

H:\X-Plane 9\Resources\plugins\Gizmo.plugin\win.xpl : Error Code = 126 : The specified module could not be found.

Is this normal? and have anything to do with my problem?
