HSI doesn't move in green needle

Hi there,

 

I have the G5 and the GTN650 working on the Sundowner in X-Plane 11.  Everything seems to be working okay except when I go green needle.  The needle centers and does not move.  The frequency is correct and tried multiple VORs/LOCs.  Tried different settings in the GTN650 utility (NAV1 vs NAV2/Auto-slew/etc.).  Nothing changes.  Re-installed the plane, the GTN and the G5 without luck.

 

Anyone having the same issue?  Any setting I need to tweak?

Hi Simon,

Does this occur if you use the default GNS instead of the GTN? If so, this sounds like a configuration issue with the RealityXP settings. In those settings, make sure that the RealityXP GTN is writing to the VOR and HSI datarefs. If you send screenshots of the RXP settings dialog in X-Plane I can try to pinpoint ones to try to get it working.
