Where is the Overspeed Governor gauge?

Going through the checklist I'm looking for a gauge that would let me know when the engine speed is between 103% to 106% for the overspeed governor check. I would assume the TORQUE (yellow range) would indicate my governor limits but I'm able to push way past it. I wasn't able to find much info on this manual.

You need to look at the prop speed gauge (the one that reacts to the prop levers)
