I dont know when i get these little graphic problems at the fmc buttons and the buttons for the pfd/mfd. Can someone tell me what is the problem and how i can fix it.

If you’re talking about what I think you’re talking about then the problem is X-Plane’s shadow rendering and you can’t fix it, only Laminar can.
