G5 instal

hi,i have bought the g5.im actually working on my instrument and flying a plane with the g5s.already wrote you guys about an issue im having to install these to the plane with no success.i need somebody to help me here to go thru it.previous responses hasnt been good since i did all said.please i need either call or live chat.thanks
