G5 does not turn on.

I have installed G5 and the HSI/PFD show on the instrument panel but when I try to turn on the screen on the ON/FF button it does nothing.

I am not an experienced X-Plane user so I really do not know How to debug this problem.

I have sent an email to your helpdesk but you replyed with a sentense saying Ticket solved and the problem still persists. I really do not understand this kind of customer support.
