RagingPilot94 Posted April 1, 2022 Report Posted April 1, 2022 (edited) Have had this happen out of the blue today. CTD on the Challenger when selecting the aircraft and loading in. Selection works fine, then goes to loading screen and after between 1-3 minutes the sim closes down. Cant replicate with any other aircraft. Log file attached Log.txt Edited April 1, 2022 by Pils
Pils Posted April 1, 2022 Report Posted April 1, 2022 You can’t make it to the mode selection screen (career vs. non-persistent)? Make a zip of E:\Games 2\X-Plane 11\Output\caches\CL650 and then delete it and try again, please.

So the plot thickens, see attached, I cant zip it. Nor can I cut it to another directory or delete that directory... Strange

That directory seems problematic! Check permissions also? Edited April 1, 2022 by Pils

RagingPilot94 Posted April 1, 2022 Author Report Posted April 1, 2022 To update, Chkdsk fixed a bunch of errors on E: Was then able to zip the folder mentioned above and load in just fine! Thanks so much for the help and the point in the right direction! Much, much appreciated! 1
