X-plane repair

Hi,

I need to repair my simulator and i don't know if i will able to install the CRJ.

i have a copy of the plane on disk(i'm copy the CRJ after i bought and download it.) and i forget where is the serial X-aviation gave me.

Hello.

You only need your e-mail and your password for the X-Aviation.com shop when you install the CRJ. No serial.

You'll need to re-run the installer on your new setup. You can not simply drag and drop the CRJ over, as the installation is a complex one.

For activation, all you need is the same e-mail and password you use to login here: https://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/login.php

If you're remamber me, i have a problem with X-aviation Email Receive.

So, if you can, you can send me my new password(I'm pushed the "Forget password at X-A.com) on this Email : yuri2@netvision.net.il

And i copied the "DMG" file, not the plane.

As for the DMG...we do not ship a DMG in our zip file, so perhaps you have the wrong file? It should be a zip file with an installer inside of it.
