OskarGunn Posted March 13, 2022 Report Posted March 13, 2022 Hi, I recently purchased IXEG Boeing 737 Classic. Am using Navigraph and have updated through FMS Data Manager. However I often get the "Not in database" error in FMS when I put in a sid or some navigation point. I use simbrief to get the plan. I haven't experienced this with other planes. Can anybody help me with this? An example of a route si tihs: BIAR/19 ASKUR1E ASKUR DCT DEVUD DEVUD1H BIKF/28 FMS doesn't find DEVUD in database. Also doesn't let me choose ASKUR1E after choosing runway 19 from Dep/Arr Best regards, Óskar Gunn. Quote
Litjan Posted March 13, 2022 Report Posted March 13, 2022 Hi Oskar, most of these problems are from not installing the Navigraph database correctly. It is not enough to install them to X-Plane, you need to install them for the IXEG 737 specifically. Cheers, Jan Quote
OskarGunn Posted March 13, 2022 Author Report Posted March 13, 2022 I would also put my money on that In Addon Mappings, I can find IXEG Boeing 737 Classic. I suspect I have to put the nav data into a User Defined Folder.... Is the correct folder then X-Aviation\IXEG 737 Classic\fmc_data ? Quote

OskarGunn Posted March 13, 2022 Author Report Posted March 13, 2022 I tried updating into that folder and i still get not in database. Also in FMC Nav Data is airac 1509 20/Aug/2015. So clearly it is not updating Quote
Litjan Posted March 13, 2022 Report Posted March 13, 2022 Check that the installer did not put a new folder "fmc_data" into the folder "fmc_data". There should only be two subfolders in that folder, like I wrote above. Quote
OskarGunn Posted March 13, 2022 Author Report Posted March 13, 2022 It did do that, I changed the folder to X-Aviation\IXEG 737 Classic and this solved the problem Thank you for your help, really appreciate it! 1 Quote
