C++ Redistributable issue

Hi there,

The first version of the SR20 Entegra I installed about a year ago had this issue: Upon starting a flight with the aircraft, the central console would be a black square and a mouse click on any instrument (or anywhere on the screen for that matter) would have no effect other that generating a sort of slot machine sound. It was apparently a C++ compatibility issue and was fixed by downloading a C++ redistributable.

Now, I have just downloaded the new SR20 version and got back to the "slot machine" bug. I tried to re-download the C++ redistributable but get a pop/up during the installation saying that it can't find the file 'vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi'.

Any idea how I can make this work? Thanks,

Can you send your log.txt after trying to load the SR20? That should give me a better idea if the C++ Redistributable is the error going on here or not.
