Limitation of use

I am having a problem using the product "Take Command! Saab 340A 1.6.5".

Indeed, after pushing the power levers full forward, then I pull them back they lock in the "FLT IDL" position, and I can no longer engage reverse thrust. I also assigned to a key on the keyboard the function "Reverse thrust at max". Unfortunately this did not unlock the power levers. In conclusion, I cannot fully use the functions of this product. Please provide me with a solution.
