RSG cirrus yoke and setting trim

I have the RSG Avidyne console and recently purchased their cirrus yoke.  When i set the TO trim on the yoke it does not appear to match the sim yoke position.  At TO is the SR22 flying the RSG yoke position or the sim position?  If it is flying the sim position how do I sync them to match?

Is the RSG yoke moving with pitch trim, just at a different rate, or not at all?

Yes the RSG yoke is moving with the trim and I can see the yoke on the SIM moving also.  When I trim the RSG for TO it appears the SIM yoke is pitched down.
