Fuel Imbalance While Taxiing

Good afternoon, when I am taxiing for takeoff, the fuel qualities start rapidly fluctuating resulting in a Fuel Imbalance message. The total fuel quantity will jump much higher than my starting fuel quantity for the flight. Seems to work itself out as I keep taxiing but the last two flights, it happened for a second time as I approached the runway and I had to wait for it to return to normal again. 

Has anyone else seen this happen?

This sounds like the normal effect of fuel sloshing around in the tanks.
