tomasm123
Hello, GNSS not available in the FMS and the study GPS screen is blank. I understand that there was a problem for people in Russia or China that they couldn't access a US Government website to download the GPS Almanac. But I am in Portugal, a member state of the EU and NATO and still cannot access the website. I am using Google's DNS but without it still not able to access it. I would rather not use a VPN. I saw that version 1.1 would ship with an outdated almanac, since I just bought the Challenger today and am running the lateste version, this is maybe not the issue? Update: Yes I have waited about 40 minutes on the ground and tried changing airport as well and still GNSS is not avail. Any help would be appreciated because the airplane is not useable without GNSS. Thank you. Pils
2022-02-05 20:39:41 CL650[alm.c:152]: Unable to download GPS almanac from https://navcen.uscg.gov/?pageName=currentAlmanac&format=sem: Couldn't resolve host name Looks like your DNS blocked too, as you suspected. Google DNS has no problem resolving the site: https://dns.google/query?name=navcen.uscg.gov. Are you sure something else isn’t at play on your PC/network? Anti-malware or something?
