*Solved*Stab Trim seemingly stuck

I'm assuming this has to be a saved state issue, but is anyone else experiencing a scenario when the stab trim is failing to move from (in my case 5.0)?

There should be no state save issue with this. As long as a stab trim channel is powered, the stab should move.
