Crash to Desktop While Loading Aircraft

I've had this issue once before with the older version. I load the airplane and it just crashes when X-plane tries to load the aircraft.

Before starting X-Plane, please try the following.

Remove Ground Traffic AND LiveTraffic completely, and put them somewhere out of your X-Plane folder.  (Desktop preferably)

Start X-Plane, and at the intro screen, select SCIP as your location.

Wait for it to load.
