No MAC installer for Take Command SR20 Etegera

I just purchased the Take Command SR20 Entegera from the X-Aviation store. When I download the installation software from the store, it sends me a Zip. When I try to open it I get a warning that the archive is incomplete and the only thing it yields is this: , which is of no use to me since I have a MAC. Anyone know how to get a .dmg or install package for MAC?

I've tried numerous times to contact X-Aviation about this issue, but haven't gotten a response.

Why in the world would you EVER find it okay to post an installer that you have to purchase online?

I have removed them from your post. Don't do it again.

All of our products include Mac installers. You probably have some weird Anti-Virus deleting it.

I suggest you have a read about the response time window on the Contact page. Sending 5 support tickets in 24 hours is a little much:
