I have a small question about X-Aviation, I submitted a ticket three days ago and still no response, the ticket number is #2D9BU
If anyone could help me, I would appreciate it! ；)

Response times may be longer than usual when a new product has just been released. Your patience is appreciated.

emmm. . . But they haven't replied to me for 6 days.
Maybe they are really busy? Massive increase in support requests due to new product releases?
