Cannot link to Navigraph (No pop up)

Hi, It seems I am supposed to get a pop up window that sends me to Navigraph Website So I can link my account to the Aircraft however I never get this pop up.  Starting from cold and dark, and clicking the Navigraph option in User settings, then powering on the BATT and AC I get nothing.

 

Please Help

Same here, just subscribed to Navigraph and get the same results as you. Hopefully someone can share how they did it.

I did get the popup to work by first removing AviTab, then when I turned the battery on it prompt me for my Navigraph username and password.

Ok well I have tried removing every pluggin that Xplane does not need to launch.  Really was hoping to get it working.

I know you are running out of solutions but before I remove the AviTab I was signed in with Navigraph, then I removed the AviTab to my desktop. Not sure if that helps but those were my steps.
