[SOLVED] SUPP GND WING ANTI-ICE Test never lights up with green TEST OK

I am sure there is something I have missed, but I have waited for much longer than 2 minutes and with recent airframes, the test never completes correctly. Sometimes it shows FAIL LO until I press the test button again and turn it off.

In order for the test to be completed successfully, cowl anti-ice needs to be on.

As highlighted by @RP31, Cowl Anti-Ice must be on, and 2 minutes must have elapsed, for the Supplemental Ground Wing Anti ice test to complete.
