ryan83b Posted January 9, 2022 Report Posted January 9, 2022 (edited) When on the ground the plane is indicating temps anywhere from 50c+. Obviously, this is not correct. I am able to duplicate this with and without ASXP. See attached. Edited January 9, 2022 by oisintierney
Dobbie93 Posted January 9, 2022 Report Posted January 9, 2022 If you have been sat on the ground with the probe heat on, that will overheat the sensor and may give you that reading
ois650 Posted January 9, 2022 Report Posted January 9, 2022 Probe heats are switched on just before takeoff. Switching them before this will lead to hot probes which will indicate a greater than actual OAT. Thanks
ryan83b Posted January 9, 2022 Author Report Posted January 9, 2022 Dear lord, y'all really went all in on the realism with this one. Never would have suspected. Bravo!
