[SOLVED] Unable to turn on hydraulic pump 3a

I have been following the expanded normal procedures, and I have the APU started with the gen on. When clicking and dragging the hydraulic pump 3a switch, I am only able to move it between off and auto. I am able to move the 3b pump switch normally, but not the 3a switch.

The label is to the left, not the right. I thought that the label for 3b was the label for 3a.

I still cannot get 3A to switch upward to "ON". The other three hydraulic switches work just fine. I double checked, and I can't find a hardware binding that might be causing this.

The 3A pump only has two positions: “off” and “on” there is no “auto” position. To turn it on, the switch moves down not up.

When properly configured for flight, all four hydraulic switches will be in the down position.
