After the purchase I didn't get any Email for confirmation what so ever. I payed through paypal, and I downloaded the plane and installed it.After that I thought I purchase REX and try them both togther. However, I couldn't log into my account, though I was using the right password. Anyway, I clicked on "forgotten my password", entered my Email... Success... a new password was sent to you! Still no Emails!I did that dozens of times, I contacted you through the contact button on your Website... still no Mails from you!Ok, I bought REX from another Online Store, installed it, and wanted to fly actovate the CRJ... I couldn't for I need the password!Is it a bug of ur website? Now I can't enter my account neither can I activate the purchased product!Please reply! My Email: ramiaker@gmx.deThanks,Rami
Cameron Posted July 5, 2011 Report Posted July 5, 2011 Rami,Due to American holiday there is a delay in response time.I'm not quite clear on why you think there's an email you should have received. We do not set customer passwords...you do. If you failed to remember your own password and requested a password change but have not received the new password then a support ticket is in order.Considering it sounds like you have submitted a support ticket you're patience is appreciated while we answer customers who have waited in front of you. No preferential treatment is given.Thank you!
