taxi issues

After a couple of successful flights, all of a sudden i cannot taxi the airplane off gate.   when i go full throttle to get it moving, it wants to goto takeoff mode and i cannot stop it.  the brakes are ineffective.  only way to stop is to cut the engines.  any help?

Check that the CTOT is not armed.  Other than that, I can't think of anything that would make it do this.
