chungawungus Posted December 2, 2021 Report Posted December 2, 2021 I have just downloaded the SR20 G1000 and seem to be experiencing a bug - or I am missing something. When starting a flight, my plane is completely empty of fuel. When I try to add fuel through the "Load Manager" tab under the "Cirrus SR20 G1000" menu, it does not allow me to change the sliders away from zero to add fuel. Also if I try to change fuel levels through the default X-Plane 11 menu, it also doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated, thanks! Quote
Coop Posted December 2, 2021 Report Posted December 2, 2021 In order to debug what is going on, we will need you to send us a copy of the X-Plane log.txt file. You can find a guide to get this file here: How to find the X-Plane log.txt file? Quote

Coop Posted December 2, 2021 Report Posted December 2, 2021 It looks like the SR20 isn't being activated because the Gizmo64 plugin isn't in the X-Plane 11/resources/plugins directory. I'm guessing this might have been inadvertently removed? Re-running the installer will grab the latest version of Gizmo to install for you. 1 Quote

Is reinstalling the "turn it off and turn it back on" of the software world? I certainly didn't mean to delete anything if I did. It definitely didn't prompt me to authorize my license with Gizmo with the first install like it just did. It's a beautiful model, I spend my whole work day working in a Cirrus and I must say it's a spot on remake. Thanks for your help! 1 Quote
