RealSimGear G1000 SR20 RSG popup issue

I have a typical RealSimGear G1000 setup.  And with the SR22 it works just fine.  The PFD and MFD automatically popup and appear on the two RSG monitors.  However, I bought recently the SR20 G1000 and this fails to popup on the RSG monitors.  In fact the PFD and MFD cannot be dragged onto the monitors.  What is even more strange is that the softkeys on the RSG activate normally the PFD and MFD on the main monitor.  So I wonder what is up with the configuration.  Any ideas out there?
