No electrical power in SR20

I recently updated the SR20 G1000 and it is not working, details below.

*My system*
- OS: Mac
- X-plane 11: version 11.55r2
- SR20: TorqueSim SR20 G1000 1.2.2

When I attempt to fly the aircraft, it appears to have no electrical
power. When I switch on the batteries nothing happens (see attached
screenshot). When I checked the electrical system, it confirms 0 volts on
the batteries. Can you please help me with this problem?

Your log shows that the product is not activated, and the activation window is being presented to you.

If you have a multi-monitor setup this may be impacting your ability to see the activation window.
