G5 Not running on Mac

Hi I have purchased the G5 dual, I have XPlane 11.5  running on a Macbook Pro. I tried running the included 172 and the G5's are in the panel but don't switch on. 

Then I tried running another aircraft but they G5's don't show up.

In order to debug what is going on, we will need you to send us a copy of the X-Plane log.txt file. Make sure to load the C172 G5 then grab this file after then closing X-Plane. You can find a guide to get this file here:
