G5 incorrectly installed in Mooney M20R II

I installed the AFM G5 1.0 onto the M20R II (v4.0_PB5). It didn't seem to install correctly as I'm either getting a blank panel (pic attached) or the G5 screens inside the 530 GPS screen (pic attached).

Is this a known issue?
