I can be heard but not hear...

Hi

I hope someone can help me. I've set up as per instruction the x pilot, I can hear the engine running in x Plane, ATC can hear me, but I can't hear them.  The green RX is illuminated to show receiving. I'm pretty sure I've not set something correctly but for the life of me can't find what it is ! 

Any and all advice welcome! oh, I've tried the Microsoft favorite, shut down and restart, but alas, still no joy.

Just so you're aware, this forum has nothing to do with the xPilot plugin.

 

It's possible someone here may know the answer still, but if you're looking for the official support area this website is not it.
