HSI only displays horizontal lines in pop-out.

The only way to actually use the G5 is in pop-out mode; it's much too small in the panel. 

So I mapped keystrokes to pop out both G5 displays, but the HSI only displays horizontal lines.  Please advise.

Hm, this is the first I've heard of this one. Is it replicable if you re-load the sim?

Yes, it happens every time.  If I pop out the HSI first, it displays normally, but when I pop out the second G5 the HSI display switches to the lines shown.  IOW, same result regardless of which G5 I pop out first.  I re-installed the sim and G5 -- same result.
