CTD while loading my brand new SR22

Hello,

i need some help here. I have installed the Take Command SR22 Entegra and tried to load it in a new fligth in X-Plane 11. When the plane has loaded and i see the cockpit and the window to put in my account information on the screen, i see a CTD. Everytime i tried it is the sames result.

Can you help?
