TOBS Posted June 12, 2011 Report Posted June 12, 2011 I just like to know if anybody has problems with the CRJ after updating to XP 9.7 which is available via XP update? As this nice planeis acting like a filmdiva it may be important to be carefully with updating the XP system. Please add your operating system.Regards Tom Quote
woweezowee Posted June 12, 2011 Report Posted June 12, 2011 none but the bug with de-selecting a SID. Everything else (not only the CRJ) runs very fine with 9.7. Quote
Hueyman Posted June 14, 2011 Report Posted June 14, 2011 I've a strange watter texture since the CRJ with 9.70, Ive only the normal water with volumeric fog ON, if OFF, iva something horrible, not the water we see without pixel shader, but something horrible .. Quote
Japo32 Posted June 14, 2011 Report Posted June 14, 2011 The CRJ is not affecting anything of X-Plane. None the watter rendering for sure. If this is a 9.70 issue, please repport to Laminar. Thanks Quote

Not with other planes?Hard to believe.Regards Tom Quote
philipp Posted June 14, 2011 Report Posted June 14, 2011 I've upgraded my X-Plane on all three OS's and not found a showstopper whatsoever. After your post I explicitly tried with and w/o volumetric fog and with and w/o pixel shaders. 9.70 with CRJ is working fine here. You might try to save your preferences by moving them out of the Output/ folder, so X-Plane will generate a fresh set. Hueyman Posted June 18, 2011 Report Posted June 18, 2011 I'll try that, thanks Philipp but for the moment, I don't use the CRJ Anymore cause my Hotas Warthog is to SAV ( Service Après Vente ) so only fly the CRJ with the mouse is sad .. so I let the fog ON.I'll check that later, thanks. Quote
