Nimrod R1 Posted February 17, 2021 Report Posted February 17, 2021 Cant seem to apply the brakes when trying to start the aircraft. Just using a joystick as I do not have foot pedals. Set the brakes and use the joystick to draw a vacuum. Once the chocks are released the brakes do not hold the aircraft. Any help would be appreciated.
rjb4000 Posted February 18, 2021 Report Posted February 18, 2021 I’m not sure what you mean by drawing a vacuum. Try holding the brakes with your controller, and while held, twist the parking brake knob to keep the brakes applied after you release the brake command.
