Random TAWS warning while landing (ILS/RNAV)

Hello can someone please help me out?

TAWS gets triggered randomly sometimes while on an approach (ILS/RNAV). This sometimes happens on the same approach it had no problems before.

Is it an equipment malfunction or am i doing something wrong. I had to inhibit TAWS from the G1000 page to avoid it to shout at me randomly

If you are low enough, and not configured for landing you will get a TAWS warning.
