SR22 Pre-Purchase Question about G1000 Screen Glare

Sorry if this is a dumb question. It seems like all the YouTube video reviews of the SR22 show somewhat washed out screens due to ambient lighting and/or glare (which I understand is more realistic). However, the screenshots of the screens are always really nice and saturated. Do I have the ability to remove the wash-out/glare to make the screens easier to read other than just flying at night? Or maybe this has been tweaked in updates?I don't mean to sound petty but was curious because it is a preference for me before I spend money...thx very kindly.

The screen glare can be removed by setting "disable_pixel_effect = 1" in the settings config file. The glass objects can also be removed in their entirety.
