Old payload does not show up after restart

Hello,

I have payload set and shut down the plane to cold dark state. After reload the payload does not stay.

Is that normal? I mean passengers mainly

Hello , yes, just checked. See Screenshots below. The third one is after I shut off and start X-Plane.

The fuel and buttons states stay but pilot and passenger are gone after I restart X-Plane
