Hello Cameron and SMP teams !

My apologie if this has already been mentioned.

SMP 5.0.5
New set texture "Volumetric" has not fixed yet a bug also meet on 4.9.6 : overcasting cloud through the dashboard of cockpit.
Same issue with "Solid Procedural" et "Broken Procedural". All fine with classical textures.

A short vid to illustrate https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hPrF-msc8do

Looks like a depth buffer precision issue. Are you running with Vulkan or OpenGL? HDR on or off? Those both can affect things like this.

Thx for quick response ^_^

Ok try to back to OpenGL fixed this issue. Vulkan fault.

Which API are you using or recommended for ?

I generally fly under Vulkan without issue. But in Vulkan, X-Plane has a unified depth buffer where the cockpit and the rest of the scene are all drawn together. Under OpenGL, they are drawn separately and we're able to draw out clouds in between the two... so it works a bit more reliably in this respect.
