What do you mean ticket email? If you send us an e-mail it will create a ticket automatically.You need the update, so get it! No one is holding you back. It's there for you to get at any moment you want it. The aircraft works just fine.

The aircraft works just fine.the aircraft is amazing but x-aviation told me my password is wrong when i want to log-in, i push - "password forgotten-click here" and it said to me my new password was send.sorry, maybe i'm Impertinent but i want to fly this aircraft.
