777-300 Posted January 22, 2021 Report Posted January 22, 2021 I am using V5 in 11.51 (not metal) and I also tried on a 11.41. I fly the Flight Factor 757/767/777. With the 777200ER I am getting great frame rates and it look picture perfect. When I try to to use the other variants of the 777 or the 757 and 767 I get frame rates between 1 and 6 which of course it makes it impossible to fly, I have a pretty good computer: iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020)Processor 3.6 GHz 10-Core Intel Core i9Memory 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4Graphics AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT 16 GB*** Any ideas as to what the issues may be? Cameron Posted January 24, 2021 Report Posted January 24, 2021 Going to the BlackMagic would be a downgrade in your scenario. You would be better off with something like a Razer Core X with a 6900XT. The 5700XT is otherwise the next best thing, and being directly connected to your motherboard, you have an edge. 1
777-300 Posted January 25, 2021 Author Report Posted January 25, 2021 I did have one crash today using 5.04. Any idea what caused it? I am sure you know the XT 6900 graphics card is 2000.00 I nearly choked when I saw the price. Log.txt
