Jesse Bunch Posted September 18, 2020 Report Posted September 18, 2020 I just got everything installed for the SR22 and it seems to crash X-Plane reliably after about 10-15 minutes of flying. I don't see this crash when flying the stock G1000 C172. Attached is the crashlog and the X-Plane logs. Please let me know if you need anything further. Any workarounds or ideas you have for how I can fix this would be greatly appreciated. crash_report_09_18_2020_04_55_18.rpt crash_report_09_18_2020_03_20_37.rpt crash_report_09_18_2020_03_09_19.rpt GizmoLog.txt Cycle Dump.txt Log.txt Quote
Jesse Bunch Posted September 18, 2020 Author Report Posted September 18, 2020 Using X-Plane 11.50 with the Vulkan renderer Quote
Coop Posted September 18, 2020 Report Posted September 18, 2020 Hm, I am not seeing anything that is catching my eye in the log. I will dig into it a bit more, we have a bunch of stability fixes with 1.1 coming really soon that should also help if it is being caused by the SR22. Quote

Jesse Bunch Posted September 20, 2020 Author Report Posted September 20, 2020 (edited) Alright, flew for about 10 minutes with the PB1 plane and then I got the X-Plane crash notification. Attached is the crash log. Please let me know what other logging or information I can get you to better debug this. crash_report_09_20_2020_04_34_45.rpt Log.txt Edited September 20, 2020 by Jesse Bunch Quote
Coop Posted September 20, 2020 Report Posted September 20, 2020 Oh, if you are getting the X-Plane crash reporter, then X-Plane itself is crashing for some reason, not the SR22 (any crash caused by our plugin would prevent the X-Plane crash reporter from triggering). I would recommend trying a vanilla install of X-Plane and slowly adding back in your scenery and plugins to see if you can get the issue to replicate. Also, make sure your GPU drivers are on the latest update. Quote
Jesse Bunch Posted September 20, 2020 Author Report Posted September 20, 2020 Is Vulkan required for the SR22? I have a feeling that Vulkan is causing this. Quote

No, you can run 11.50 in OpenGL mode and the aircraft will still work (the aircraft just needs 11.50, it doesn't care whether OpenGL or Vulcan/Metal is used) Quote
