Traffic on MFD ?

Will the mfd display traffic , i.e. Pilot Edge traffic ?  Or AI traffic ? ADSB / TAWS info?

The MFD is based on the X1000, so it will show whatever the default LR G1000 shows. The LR G1000 will show traffic that are injected through the native X-Plane TCAS system.
