CTD and how do I start a ticket?

I cannot find a way to start a support ticket.  My 737 CTD's about 5 minutes in. I have moved all the plugins out and it still CTD's.  I moved Gizmo and had no CTSD's but of course, then the plane would not work.  I have attached the log file. The aircraft is completely unusable.

Hi rodtod,

you are loading DOZENS of plugins, and at least 5 of them have been known to cause CTD problems.

My money is on SAM - the latest version does not work.

Your log indicates that you are running out of lua memory, this happens sometimes as well if the user tries to run too many plugins that compete for lua memory.

I would suggest trying to remove your plugins for real, then see how that works.

The error log was after I put all the plugins back. I removed only SAM today, and that did not fix it.

Hmm, ok - then I am afraid that you will have to follow this drill to isolate the problem:

 

Please let us know when you find out which plugin caused the problem?

After pulling "SilverLining"  which is the plugin for Skymaxx Pro, everything worked just fine.
